A brace of strikes over 15 second-half minutes helped ten-man Uckfield to a crucial victory.
Going into it, fourth-bottom Golds knew a win could see them move up to 14th in the table.

Emerson Guimaraes’ thunderbolt put Uckfield ahead eight minutes after the break. Scott Taylor then made it two 25 minutes from time.
Hassan Ibrahim was shown a second yellow on 70 minutes, before a smart finish from George Gaskin gave Golds hope five minutes later.
Despite a late onslaught, Littlehampton couldn’t get level as it ended 2-1.
