Manager Ian Chapman said: “Chris had a number of clubs contact him, but he can see what we are trying to do at the club, and wants to be part of it. He did well in his first season in the Ryman Premier League, and I will be getting in a big centre forward to help him. I feel in Chris we have a striker who can get us 20 plus goals and I’m sure he learnt loads from last season.”
Chapman added: “It is a crazy time at the moment ! I am talking to a number of targets, but it is very difficult.

I want players at our club to play for the right reasons and wear the shirt with pride. We have a good young squad, but I will be still looking to bringing in 3 or 4 more experienced players from now until the start of the season.”
