Hide AdCommon player-manager Russell Eldridge said: “We back ourselves at home and it does give us a good opportunity to get six points. But you only have to look at the results week to week, every team is capable of taking points off each other.”
Common are the leading scorers in the division, possess the best goal difference of anybody and are still unbeaten in the league on home turf.
“To be unbeaten at home is a very proud record and obviously we’ll want to continue that this weekend,” continued Eldridge.
“Being at home gives you that extra five or 10 percent and we need to always make sure we take advantage of that.”

Hide AdCam Burgon, Jamie Crone and Harry Saville are expected to return. Kick-off at the Rec tomorrow is 3pm.
Bexhill United joint manager Ryan Light, meanwhile, is ‘more than happy’ with how the first half of the league season has panned out.
And he expects the Pirates to fare better still during the second half of the Macron Store Southern Combination Football League Division One campaign.
Light said: “Our second half of the season will be better than our first half - we’ve always earmarked that. We knew our players will get used to the level of football and it’s started to creep in slightly earlier. We’ve got no grumbles with our first half of the season; we’re more than happy with the way things have gone.”

Hide AdBexhill are sixth in the table with 27 points from their first 17 matches and their current form is good with three wins from their last four outings.
Next up tomorrow is a visit from a bottom-of-the-table Ringmer side which has picked up just five points so far. Kick-off at The Polegrove is 3pm.
“They’ve been in a bit of turmoil, but they’re signing a lot of players so we expect them to be much-improved,” added Light. “We’ll just approach it like we approach every game, hit the level we hit and it would be as big a three points as the Mile Oak and Saltdean (wins).”
Drew Greenall is expected to return to the squad after missing last weekend’s 4-1 win away to Seaford Town with the recurrence of a hip injury.
