Mavericks ran out 2-1 winners in their Southern Combination League Premier Division clash with first half efforts from Aaron Tugnutt and Alfie Gritt.
Geary was left disappointed as he felt decisions went against his side in a 2-0 loss at Chichester last Saturday.

He said: “It was a great performance from the boys.
“We got two good goals in the first half and could have had more.
“It was quite comfortable up until they pulled one back with ten minutes left.
“From then it was real back to the walls stuff but full credit must go to my team for the resilience showed at the end.”

It got better seven minutes later as Gritt toe-poked home.
The home side pulled one back through Michael Death with ten minutes left but Mavericks held on.
