Crawley Town topscorer Rhys Murphy would be prepared to return to the club from Oldham in the New Year if the two clubs agreed a deal.

Reds see the striker as key to their continued success as he has scored ten goals this season, including nine during a three-month loan.

His two goals on Saturday earned him the Man of the Match award from match sponsors the Crawley Observer.
