Crawley Town boss Dermot Drummy was pleased with the display of striker Matt Harrold, who is continuing his comeback from knee surgery.

The former Bristol Rovers and Brentford striker missed the last few matches of last season and the first four games of pre-season as he continued his rehabiliation following his operation.

Having returned to training last week, Harrold, 32, followed his first substitute appearance of the summer on Saturday against Millwall by playing the first 45 minutes in Tuesday night’s 3-1 victory against Lewes.
