Dunford and Johnson lead thirds to incredible victory

Mark Dunford and Luke Johnson sparked an incredible turnaround as Three Bridges III beat Horsham by 23 runs.
Chasing a target of 212, Horsham were cruising at 151-1 thanks to Chris Mallows (88) and Sam Dobson (31).

Hide AdBut when Johnson and Dunford came in to the attack, the Horsham batting line-up collapsed with the last nine wickets falling for just 37 runs.
Dunford took his first five-wicket haul of the season, finishing with 5-34 while Johnson, who is normally captain of the fourth team, took 4-26.
Rob Legg took the other wicket while youngsters Brodie Chalcraft and George Cave also bowled well for Bridges but had no luck.
Earlier, Bridges had a brilliant knock from 14-year-old Krishan Nayee to thank for getting them maximum points.
Nayee hit 12 fours in his classy innings of 75.

Hide AdChalcraft (27), Johnson (18) and Legg (17 not out - including two huge sixes) also batted well. Bridges remain fourth in the division three, 35 points ahead of fifth place.
