Bears ladies continue perfect start in 2018
An emphatic 81-14 win over Brighton Cougars’ blue team propelled to another victory this calendar year.
It followed on from an impressive triumph over rivals Worthing D & D and others in previous weeks.

Hide AdCoach James Ellis hailed the performance as the best from his team so far this season and said: “The way the ladies approached the two games and executed the game plan was superb, I can’t ask for much more than that.”
Bears’ ladies team will look to continue their winning start to 2018 away to Crawley on February 5.
n Sussex Bears were sent crashing to a second National League Division 2 defeat in succession on Saturday.
Bears were beaten 92-70 at Westminster Warriors.
Joe Carter topscored for Sussex Bears with 28 but that was not enough to prevent defeat.

Hide AdGary Smith’s side were in with a shout heading into the final quarter as they trailed 73-60. Westminster ended the better and took it 92-70 overall.
Sussex Bears are back on the road on Sunday as they make the trip to Essex Leopards in Division 2 on Saturday.
