It has around seventy full time and part time members. It supports adults with both learning difficulties and physical disabilities.

Hide AdEllie Varley, who is part of the group, said: “They provide a gardening service to members of the community who cannot maintain their own gardens or afford to pay someone else to do so.
“This gives the members a chance to really use the skills they’ve developed. Furthermore, they partake in sporting activities, as well as a mix of handicrafts like pottery and cooking.
“The charity gives them a place to go and have fun, spend time with their friends, learn new skills and take part in opportunities in life they wouldn’t otherwise receive. Unfortunately as this is such a small charity they do not receive the funding or recognition that they truly deserve.
“These young people are trying their very hardest to change this.

“They have been raising awareness for the charity by ringing around to local organisations and visiting local businesses for sponsorship and donations.
“The final event they are holding is an acoustic night on Friday August 14 at the Victoria Hall in Bexhill.
This night will feature a range of local acts performing. Doors open at 7pm. Tickets are on sale at the door on the night.
