UPDATE: Road reopens after triple car crash outside Camber

South East Coast Ambulance Service paramedics were called to Camber Road earlier at 3.20pm to treat a woman after a crash involving three cars took place outside Camber.
Two East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service appliances from Rye and one officer were also sent to the scene.

Hide AdOn arrival it was confirmed the crash involved three private vehicles with one person trapped.
The casualty was released and left in the care of paramedics.
Firefighters made the area safe before leaving the scene at around 4.25pm.
Camber Road was shut in both directions between the A259 and New Lydd Road and reopened just after 6pm.
