Ambulances called to 'medical incident' in Worthing

Two ambulances were sent to a person in need of medical attention who collapsed in the High Street in Worthing today.
The ambulance service was called at 4.05pm to reports of a person in need of medical attention near the Waitrose car park in the High Street, an ambulance spokesman confirmed.
A person had collapsed and suffered a facial injury, the spokesman said.
Two ambulances were sent to the scene and the person was taken to Worthing Hospital, confirmed the spokesman.
