Sexual abuse charity handed Chichester City Council grant

Lifecentre was handed a cheque for £2,500 which will help fund two new play therapists for child victims.
Amongst the others to benefit were the Chichester Information Shop for Young People (£3,000) and the Festival of Chichester (£1,600).

The other groups handed cheques at the Chichester City Council meeting were: Arun and Chichester Citizens Advice Bureau (£1,800); Cat and Rabbit Rescue Centre (£300); Chichester City Band (£2,071); Chichester City Tours (£400); Chichester Garden-Fest (£1,00); Chichester Ship Canal Trust (£5,000); focus:arts (£475); International Relations ‘Three Cities’ Working Group (£400); Parklands Residents’ Association (£1,200); Rotary Club of Chichester (£500); Rotary Club of Chichester Priory (£500); St James Allotment Association (£1,000); Sage Counselling (£1,000); Transition Chichester £1,000); Workers Education Association (WEA) Chichester Branch (£550).
