“It’s time for everybody and anybody to walk or run themselves proud. From little ones with their mums and dads, to runners up against the clock, there’s something for everyone, on this special day.”
A mass warm up will take place at 11.45am in advance of the one mile run, which sets off from the bandstand at 11.50am. Races also include three and six mile races from 11am.
