I considered proposing the new baby’s name but thought it was not appropriate, so I went for Cambridge instead – naming the new Lodge after his parents, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.”

The new development for the over 60s will comprise of 29 self-contained one and two bedroom apartments. The first apartments will be ready for occupation in early 2014.
