The winning design will be chosen by a panel which will include Michelle, a Culinary Olympic gold medallist whose stunning cake creations have included sculptures of Andy Murray, The Queen, Beyonce in Oreos, and Michaelangelo paintings in marshmallows and cake sprinkles.
Michelle will create her interpretation of the winning design and the amazing ‘Happy Birthday Eastbourne’ cake will be unveiled at the tournament in June.
Pieces of the cake will then be sold during the event to raise money for the Rally for Bally charity exhibition match, being held at the Aegon International on Sunday June 15.
