850 new homes in Chichester: Hundreds attend public meeting for Whitehouse Farm plans
A public exhibition was held on October 23 among local residents and councillors to discuss their concerns over the Southern Access Route at the Sherbourne Road/Westgate Junction in the second phase of development at Whitehouse Farm.
At the exhibition, campaigner Mark Record gave an overview of his thoughts on the plans, claiming that they ‘need to be opposed.

Located to the northeast of the A27; west of Centurion Way and adjoining the approved phase one development; and south of the B2178, Old Broyle Road, the 850 new homes would be built on the two fields within the site lie immediately to the north of the B2178.
