Police tried to stop a teenage boy riding on Kings Road just after midnight on Wednesday September 23 because he did not have any lights fitted. However he refused and rode off, turning the wrong way on a roundabout before crossing the carriageway into Foundry Lane.
He eventually stopped and when questioned by officers he said the bike belonged to her friend, however he would not give the friend’s name.
