Worthing singer Charrise raises thousands for NHS with live Facebook gig

Charrise English set a target of £500 but has so far raised more than £2,890 with her Singing for our NHS concert, topped up to £3,325.63 with Gift Aid.
She sang from the living room of her home in Eldon Road and the hour and a half she planned ended up going on much longer.

Hide AdCharrise said: “I did the live gig on Facebook to raise money for our incredible NHS. I landed up singing for three hours, due to the response and watchers.”
A professional singer, she has worked at various events across the UK.
Charrise also works part-time at Legal & General and the company agreed to donate a further £500, with all the money going to NHS Charities Together.
She said: “Our NHS is incredible and I would like to raise any money I can to help. I hopefully brought some dance, fun and love into people’s homes.
