Family pays tribute to Hastings motorcyclist who died in A21 collision
Adrian Caddy, from Hastings, died at 5.59pm on March 18.
He had been travelling southbound on the A21 at Sedlescombe when a collision with a Seat Altea parked in a layby happened just south of junction with Marley Lane.
Police said Adrian, 66, died of multiple injuries.
A police spokesman said, despite attempts of CPR by another motorcyclist who noticed Adrian in distress, and swift action by emergency services, his injuries were too extensive and Adrian could not be saved.

"He will always be remembered as a loving, treasured and loyal man to his partner, a loving and devoted father to his son, and a great friend to many.
"He was a beautiful man, intelligent and witty, a dreamer of dreams, a fervent defender of the natural world who emphatically led life with his heart.”
The driver of the car – a 46-year-old woman from Etchingham – was taken to Conquest Hospital with minor injuries.
