and live on Freeview channel 276
The renewed objection comes after developers submitted amended plans for the site, changing their approach to a number of designs in order to address the EA’s concerns.
Writing to the developers, a spokesperson said the submitted Flood Risk Assessment (FRA) does not “adequately assess the flood risks posed by the development.”

The EA also believes the application does not provide enough information on the development’s effect on water voles, despite the developer’s intention to create additional habitats.
The statement said: “Suitable areas for water vole need to be created and mature before building commences.
"If significant harm resulting from a development cannot be avoided, adequately mitigated or, as a last resort, compensated for, planning permission should be refused.”
