“We could not risk our objections not being seen by the planning inspector,” he said.

The group’s objection includes a critical report from traffic consultants GTA Civils, Mr Sullens said.
He added: “The MSDC Site Selection process has not been carried out in accordance with the criteria set out by MSDC at the start of the process.
“Grave errors have been made by those responsible for the process and the decision making.
