People live longer in Wealden
PEOPLE live longer in Wealden district, according to the latest figures published.
The Department of Health has released a health profile of districts in England.
In Wealden men live 79.6 years against the national average of 77.3 years.

Obesity, healthy eating, cancer and smoking rates are better than the England average.
However the district has a worse than average amount of road injuries and deaths.
Nearly 3,000 children live in low income households.
