Pebsham school's voyage into 'Space'
The countdown to the day's adventure began with children and staff attending school dressed in appropriate attire, either for space travel or as aliens, and was another successful learning venture for the school, exploring the realms of outer space with imaginative ideas and workshops.
Head teacher Pat Strickson said: " The hall was turned into a 'launchpad' for the 'Pebsham Patriot'. Everyone was given passes for their intergalactic voyage and space-themed activities, such as our 'Spacescape' art workshop, which took place during the day."

Hide AdIn addition year six pupils had the opportunity to apply for top jobs such as astronaut, pilot, navigator, mission control and tour guide '“ all roles which Pat said, "helped run the race to the stars."
The day proved popular with girls and boys and year five pupils Katie & Kayleigh said it was a "brilliant", "fun", "amazing" day which they both would like to do again.
