Wardens can do even more
One is the random dog-faeces distribution which a few errant dog owners leave around.
The second, (again), are just a few reckless pavement cyclists who collectively taint the aura of the rest of us law-abiding cyclists, and the third is the exemplary and heart-warming dedication shown by the large contingent of NCP workers who keep our streets clear of renegade parkers.

Hide AdSo much so, I would suggest, that they, as they cover the same territory as our previous felons, could hand out tickets to the unsavoury dog owners/walkers, and the negligent cyclists, leaving our overstretched police force more resources to concentrate on more serious criminal practices.
