Stunning exhibits at Ewhurst Horticultural Society autumn show
Brightly coloured dahlias were some of the stunning exhibits at this year’s Autumn Show of the Ewhurst Horticultural Society on Saturday 14 September in the Village Hall.
Alan Moody won all seven of the dahlia classes and also took the Dilley Cup for Best Exhibit in the Flower and Pot Plants Section.

Richard Munford was also a cup winner for most points in Flowers and Pot Plants securing the Geoff McQuire Shield.
Cranleigh Masons presented two new awards of £10 each for the Best Vegetable Exhibit, won by Andrew Lock for his impressive leeks, and Best Bloom in Show, won by Alan Moody for one of his beautiful dahlias.
Despite an improvement in entries in the Floral Art Section in recent shows, sadly these classes were not well supported this year.
