Littlehampton cemetery suffers from neglect

I wish to point out the disgraceful state of the northern end of Littlehampton Cemetery. I wonder why it should be that the southern end is beautifully kept with neat grass and borders and undamaged headstones while the northern end is left to decay into a dreadful mess.
I notice that some of the paths have been gravelled and, on my last visit, some of the yew trees were having a minor trim, but the grass and weeds are left just to grow unchecked, with dog fouling all over the place.

It would take very little with a pair of shears to cut them before they got too large.
I have four immediate relatives in the northern section, whom I visit to pay respects regularly and the condition of the area makes me wonder why the area deserves so little respect compared to the south end.
To make a comparison with other European Cemetery’s ours are a disgrace.

I will be interested to see if anyone else feels the same way as I do.
