Horticultural society’s summer show success
With over 350 high quality entries from almost 100 adults and children, the marquee was filled with the scent of flowers and foliage, tasty looking vegetables, scrumptious entries in the cookery classes, innovative handicrafts, floral art and some stunning photography, as well as delightful entries in the children’s classes which included handprint butterflies and puppets made from socks.
The classes were well supported by both regular and very welcome new competitors who all help to keep this important part of Cowfold’s heritage alive.
