Unbelievably, he is the prime creditor and could receive £30m plus on top of the £1bn he has taken from BHS over the years.
Our town needs vibrant stores and while BHS might not have fitted in this category in its later years - it is essential to our town, for both jobs and a retail outlet with reasonable prices for those who prefer to shop in the real world and not just on the internet.

Hide AdOur council could and should grasp this opportunity to create a vibrant shopping mall, using any franchises already in their possession and include restaurants, eateries, artistic craft opportunities and fun outlets as we currently find in Chichester. This would pave the way for further imaginative and entrepreneurial use of the sites in the western area of Montague Street.
Let’s pull together with ideas for an attractive and welcoming town.
