You phone at 8am, can’t get an answer, so you keep ringing 20 minutes later.
If you’re lucky, someone tells you there are no appointments left, ’phone tomorrow’.

On my telephone bill I had 77 calls in three months costing £20.
You have to phone at 8am to be told to wait for a doctor to ring back to see if you are ill enough to see him.
If you weren’t ill enough, why phone? After all, it should be what suits the patient, not the practice manager or the doctors as without us none of them would have a job.
