One man exhibition by Douglas
Douglas will display his work at the Espresso Max coffee shop from November 17-22 and describes it as "everything from oils to water colours".
Douglas, of Hazelwood Close, has been painting "for years and years" but concentrates on portrait work - his subjects range from young to old.

Basically I started painting my grandchildren, then spread throughout the family and I also paint other people. It takes me quite a long time, particularly if doing oils, so I don't do many commissions - but I can if people want."
Douglas, who is a member of Bexhill Arts Society, can be contacted on 01424 845045 if anyone wants more detail of his work.
