Olympic medallist coming to University of Chichester
Katherine Grainger triumphed at London 2012, winning gold in the women’s double sculls along with Anna Watkins.
She will speak as part of a panel at the university on Wednesday (November 20).

Hide AdThe conversation will be hosted by Anita White, vice-chairman of International Inspiration and founder of the Anita White Foundation.
As well as the Olympian, the panel will also feature Francisca Korantemaa Darfour, from the Mo Ibrahim Foundation Scholarship in governance and state-building and Nick Pink from the International Cricket Council.
The panel will discuss the question Sport: can it really change women’s lives?
It is at the university’s Bishop Otter campus in Chichester and starts at 5pm, with a book signing of Katherine’s autobiography.
