POLICE helped council officers seize 36 items from a Worthing flat, after the tenant breached a noise abatement notice seven times in six days.
The haul included multiple large speakers, DJ decks and televisions sets.
Numerous complaints about the loud bass music coming from the three-bed first-floor flat, in Rowlands Road, were made by neighbouring resident over a number of months.
