A man was airlifted to hospital after he was found in the street in Worthing with injuries yesterday evening (Sunday, April 4).
Police were called to Whitebeam Road, Worthing, shortly before 7.30pm after the man was found.
Sussex Police said it is believed he was assaulted.
The air ambulance landed in Longcroft Park before airlifting the injured man to hospital.

Hide AdA police spokesman said: “Enquiries are now ongoing to establish what has occurred and to identify any suspects.
