Conman operating in Hove sought by police
The man has reportedly been asking members of the public for money in order to board a train to Eastbourne to retrieve a spare key for his house.
He is described as aged between 35 and 40, of Middle Eastern appearance, 5ft 7, with short greying receding hair, wearing jeans and a blue check shirt.

Hide AdThe first incident was reported on Wednesday (July 19) but police said he was active in Denmark Villas, Stirling Place and Norton Road from the previous weekend.
He provides a false address and mobile phone number as a reference and claims to return the money by a certain time or date.
If anyone is approached by someone who fits the description, police advised not to give him any money but to dial 999.
Anyone with information about the man or who may have been a victim of him themselves, is asked to report online quoting serial 492 of 19/07.
