On completing the first 10 activities, children will receive a free voucher for activities like swimming or badminton at their local Freedom Leisure centre.
If a second diary is completed they will receive an activity voucher and a small prize, and finally, if children complete a third diary, they will receive an exclusive Junior Summer Fitness Challenge medal and certificate.
The aim of the challenge is to complete 30 physical activities throughout the course of the summer holiday.

Although there is no obligation to do so, children can complete the activities at K2 Crawley.
Nyssa Jackson, Freedom Leisure area manager, said: “We want to get children to have fun whilst getting active, so any activity that gets children up out of their seat and making a physical effort will count as a legitimate activity.
“We hope to see as many loc al children as possible coming to the centre to pick up their first fitness diary, they don’t need to be a Freedom Leisure member to take part.
