Owner Grant Cooper runs 17 restaurants as a franchise and is delighted with the plans.
He said: “I’m very excited to announce that in March this year my Chichester restaurant will begin offering table service allowing customers to place their order via our new digital kiosks and have their food brought to them.
“McDonald’s has been trialling table service across 14 restaurants in England for the past six months. It’s proved so popular with customers that we’ll be rolling it out across more digitally transformed restaurants and, by the end of this year, hope to offer it in 300 restaurants across the UK.”

The scheme is part of McDonald’s grand changes to the franchise in order to compete with other fast food and burger brands.
Other changes have included the introduction of a ‘signature collection’ which will be extended to more than 60 restaurants in the next six weeks.
