The portacabin located on Central Drive, Bognor, caught fire at around 6pm last night (Sunday, September 13) and ripped through the building.
The fire service put out the blaze shortly after 8pm but not before 70 per cent of the ground floor area had been badly damaged.
The whole of the building has suffered smoke damage.
