He explained: “Running with one GP and locums over the past 10 months has been difficult, so it is great to have the full complement of two doctors again, particularly for the patients.
“Dr Romans has enjoyed starting to know the patients on his personal list and providing a patient-centred experience.
“Things are not normal because of Covid-19 but the surgery is open and seeing patients. All patients need to telephone first and will be called back by their doctor as an initial triage. If they need to be seen, or have a video consultation, this can then happen.

Dr Romans is a new partner and took responsibility for all those patients formerly registered with Dr Bernie Hardwick from May 1. He works every week day, except Thursday.
He is a keen cyclist and enjoys spending time with his two young children.
Dr Sayers said the surgery will start registering new patients, people who live within the practice area, on June 1. For details of how to register, visit (https://cornerwayssurgery.com/|cornerwayssurgery.com} or call the surgery on 01903 247740 11am to 3pm Monday to Friday, except 11am to 12pm Tuesday, as the surgery is closed on Tuesday afternoon.
