This angers and upsets the evil Maleficent, who places a spell on the young princess that she will, on her 18th birthday, prick her finger on the spindle of a spinning wheel and die.
Fast forward 18 years and it’s the Princess’ party. Will the Godmothers be able to protect her from Maleficient’s curse? Will Aurora fall head over heels for the arrogant Prince Eggbert, or is his kind and noble manservant, James, more her type? All will be revealed in Manor Theatre’s latest pantomime.
This play is written and directed by Laine Watson.
Manor Theatre has a long standing tradition of spinning original stories into delightful pantomime adaptations.
