Angmering’s London highlight
Once again they were taking part in the prestigious Brandenburg Choral Festival by singing in one of the City’s iconic churches.

Hide AdSpokeswoman Marilyn Dennis said: “This year we performed in the beautiful and historic St Clement Danes, now spiritual home of the RAF, its cool marble floors inlaid with over 800 of their emblems.
“Appropriately we sang two well-loved British classics - John Rutter’s tuneful Requiem and Karl Jenkins’s poignant Mass for Peace: The Armed Man.
“Conducted by George Jones and accompanied by Alison Manton, the Chorale sang with verve and commitment, featuring its own talented soloists and in particular Annita Lemon on treble recorder, representing the soothing pastoral tones of a shepherd’s pipe.
“The sun and moon both shone brightly for us, and altogether it was a delightfully memorable and fulfilling day out.”
